Contemplate is a mindful as well as tasty approach to healthful eating. We believe wholesome and functional foods have the power to promote optimum health, longevity, and happiness.
We are a vegan wholesome Bakeshop and Functional Food Lab offering a variety of innovative healing recipes with wisely-chosen ingredients for the health-conscious.

Our menu is comprised of flavorful and nutrient-dense baked goods, salads, plant-based meals, cold-press juices, and puddings.

Our vegan café serves fresh, organic, cold-pressed juices in flavors like Green Lemonade, Citrus, Pineapple and Cantaloupe Blend, along with coffee, delicious and fresh fruit infused chia puddings, coconut yogurt granola and savory wraps.

Wholesome Bakeshop

Our purpose is to serve nutrient-dense and delicious baked goods with healthier and locally sourced whole-food ingredients. We develop our recipes with the idea of bringing nouvelle and innovative alternatives to ‘sweet’ sensitive palates (Thanks to Maple Syrup and Hello Aquafaba!). Incorporating organic, gluten-free, refined-sugar free ingredients such as homemade almond mylk, organic maple syrup, sprouted nuts & seeds, seasonal fresh or dried fruits, medicinal herbs, and spices allows us to formulate our vegan-vegetarian recipes in such a way to bring utmost delight to the table.

Functional Food Lab

We develop plant-based recipes to get the highest nutritional value out of every bite. Aside from cooking with tried and true wholesome ingredients such as nuts, seeds, grains, beans, pulses, we also include medicinal herbs and spices, sea vegetables, nut and seed oils and a wide variety of the freshest produce available. Contemplate Kitchen utilizes the technique of sprouting to get the most out of a grain’s essential nutrients, including B-vitamins, Vitamin C, folate, soluble fiber and essential amino acids.
