We are so excited to introduce SIMMER to our community! Join Maria for Simmer at 7AM on Wednesdays!

Find stillness and pratyahara/focus in Simmer, a chakra-based movement class designed on simple movement patterns to build strength and flexibility. The repetitive movements to music allow formation of neuro-muscular “memory”. Some sweat required. All in 1 hour.

Join our new instructor, Alida, Thursdays at 6PM for MELT!

Pre-registering is highly recommended as space is limited.


In 2019, we want to celebrate our clients’ fitness milestones. To do this, we will be rewarding ALL clients for their 50th, 100th, and 200th YogaStream class. We hope this encourages you to keep moving. See you on the mat!!

Level 1

Integrated Functional Mobility

The LYT yoga method, created by physical therapist Lara Heimann and taught at YogaStream, emphasizes a strong and sustainable yoga practice. We also offer MELT and Stretch classes at the studio, two therapies for naturally reducing pain and tightness using soft foam rollers and MELT treatment balls and stretching the major muscle groups in the body.
