Linda Mannheim has a distinguished career in Dance Performance, Dance Education and has expanded exposure to Dance through therapeutic community programs. Linda is a founding member of the “I’ll Have What She’s Having” Dance Project. Additionally, as a performer, Linda has danced with the Martha Graham Dance Company, Daniel West Company, Liz Lerman Company, David Holmes Company and the City Dance Ensemble. She has also performed with the Kennedy Center Artist in Education Program. As an Educator, Linda was Assistant Professor of Dance at American University and Rider University. She has served on the faculties of the Princeton Ballet, Princeton Dance Theater, Washington Ballet and Maryland Youth Ballet. Linda has a BFA and an MFA in Dance from Florida State University and an MPA in Arts Administration from Syracuse University/Maxwell School. She is also a Nationally Certified Pilates instructor, holding an additional Master’s Program Degree from the Pilates Center in Boulder, CO. Studio. Linda has expanded access to dance and Pilates through her work with the Breast Cancer Resource Coalition and her certification to teach dance for Parkinson’s Disease.
