Lana Burns is a former fashion journalist. She began her journey with yoga nearly 10 years ago while on staff at Glamour magazine, finding it her “sanity” in the midst of a hectic New York City work schedule. A true wellness warrior, Lana has a lifelong dedication to expanding her knowledge of health and human physiology. She is earning her degree in Functional Nutrition and became a certified health-supportive chef after graduating from the Natural Gourmet Institute’s Chef’s Training Program in 2017. Her desire to elevate others led her to complete her 200-hour teacher certification through Lara Heimann’s innovative YogaStream program. She is working toward her 500-hour certification and views smart, sustainable, yoga as a precious gift she wants to give to others.
