Eunice began studying yoga almost two decades ago, after wandering into the Ashtanga Yoga Shala in lower Manhattan. She is thankful for the strength built from Ashtanga, but it wasn’t until she encountered YogaStream that her practice grew wings.
As a professional actor (www.eunicewong.com), Eunice trained at the Juilliard School and has an extensive physical theatre background, including Alexander Technique and Suzuki, as well as circus aerials and Wu Mei Kung Fu.
Eunice is the writer of “What The Health” and “The Sustainability Secret,” the official companion books to the acclaimed documentaries, “What The Health” and “Cowspiracy,” both available on Netflix.
She is certified as a personal trainer and vegan chef, narrates Audible audiobooks, is Chief Editor of the Truthdig Book Review and Countering Violence Against Women series (www.truthdig.com), and has taught in a men’s super-max prison in Trenton, New Jersey.
Above all, Eunice is thankful for her husband, her children, and their greyhounds, rescued from the Florida racetracks. She firmly believes that every experience is written on the body, and that movement and breath provide the key to the many layers of our existence.
