Anne Mavis has been meditating for 9 years. It has been a journey for her which she is still on. Anne has taken many workshops around meditating, silencing the mind and bringing in the light. She is a Virpassana meditator and has 200-hour yoga certification under Denise Bonnaig of Princeton Power Yoga. Out of meditating, Anne has changed her relationship with her husband & two teenage children and with herself! She is honored to guide others in the journey of “Silencing the Mind”.
