Alex is a former rower and current rowing coach for the lightweight women at Princeton. She always tried to incorporate occasional yoga into her training plan, but it wasn’t until she discovered the movement, strength, and creativity of YogaStream classes that it really stuck. After attending classes for a few months, she knew she needed to pursue it and share with others, so she completed the YogaStream 200hr teacher training in 2018. As a runner and endurance athlete (now with way less injuries!), she loves staying active and helping others incorporate strong, healthy movement into their lives.
