YogaStream is conveniently located minutes from downtown Princeton, at 281 Witherspoon Street, at the corner of Henry Avenue. There is ample, stress-free parking in the adjacent parking garage or curbside.
We custom built this space with every dream detail when we moved from our original, smaller location. There are two beautiful studios with professional, sprung dance floors (super kind to your joints!), radiant heating panels, VOC-free paint, and a high-tech, fresh-air-return system for optimal air quality and no “studio smell.”
Our spacious, high-ceilinged reception area greets you with a reclaimed barnwood front desk, vegan café, a water filtration station to fill your water bottles, a retail area, and a breathtaking moss wall. Welcome to our beloved home!
We offer a variety of yoga and functional mobility classes, with options for every level of practitioner, from complete beginners to advanced yogis who have been practicing for decades. Our Vinyasa yoga classes are unlike any others. The unique teaching method of YogaStream was created by Lara Heimann, a physical therapist and movement specialist, who used her experience, expertise and critical thinking to analyze classical yoga poses—many of which can traditionally cause injuries, especially for those in our modern, sedentary society—and develop a practice and revolutionary teaching methodology that is safe, sustainable for an entire lifetime, and life-changing.
